"I cannot emphasize enough how much more comprehensive my own understanding of my policies and options are since moving over to Jeff and Suzys office. I'm not sure how many people get to experience this level of ease of access with their insurance providers. Suzy with State Farm makes me feel encouraged to know whats going on. She doesnt overwhelm you with jargon until you stop asking questions; she loves helping people understand! Shes been in the business 3 decades and still treats each person in front of her like a welcome guest instead of a number. Their state farm puppy is friendly and just chills while you get all your questions answered. Jonathan at the front is a welcoming presence and always happy to help you the moment you walk in. I cant remember the name of the other sweet lady who works here, but she always smiles through the phone at you. I dont know what else to say, I never expected to leave a glowing google review for an insurance agency of all things, but here we are!!!"
